RACHEL TILLEYSHORT

Rachel joined the Elevation team in 2010. Rachel is a qualified accountant who is so much more than your typical business accountant. She has carved out a unique and important role that heightens the levels of productivity and staff satisfaction within the company.

Rachel has been the driving force behind the implementation of new practice management systems, ensuring the high levels of efficiency and organisation across the office on a daily basis. She is also a supporter and advocate for our encouraging and inspiring team culture, encouraging buy-in from our team and implementing their ideas to ensure our workplace is a fun and productive space for everyone.

Rachel is a keen motorcyclist and heavily involved in the motorcycling community. She actively works to champion female riders and supports several charities through regular motorcycling events.
