With over 25 years’ experience across a broad spectrum of administration, financial & management roles, Rachel is a qualified accountant that has worked diligently to create a role that is so much more than your typical business accountant.
Having been with Elevation for over 10 years, Rachel started out as an Administrator for the company however quickly realised that the company required more than this in order to grow and evolve.
Rachel has been the driving force behind the implementation of new practice management systems at Elevation Architecture, and holds primary responsibility for the systems to ensure high levels of efficiency and organisation across the entire office on a daily basis.
From this highly-organised management position, to the position of supporter and advocate for an encouraging and inspiring office culture for staff, Rachel has carved out a unique and important role for herself that heightens the levels of both productivity and staff satisfaction within the company.
