Yarrabilba Childcare Centre

Yarrabilba Childcare Centre was a 2-Stage development located in a new master-planned community developed by Lendlease in Southeast Queensland.

Working alongside Lendlease, Elevation strived to create a Childcare Centre that established a sense of ‘home’ for the children as well as embrace the quintessential indoor-outdoor connection that is a staple of Queensland design.

Stage 1 of the Childcare Centre was completed in early 2018, providing the community with 116 new places for children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years of age. Stage 2 was completed in late 2018, and added a further 84 places for children up to 5 years of age.

By working through both Stage 1 & Stage 2 of this project simultaneously from feasibility and concept design all the way through to documentation ready for construction, Elevation ensured a smooth process & unified outcome even with the staged construction process.
