Shortland Street Refurbishment

The Elevation team were engaged in 2017 to take part in the refurbishment of an existing commercial office building located in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand.

The project brief highlighted the need for street activation at the entry of the existing building, as well as the desire to create a space for a new café tenancy. The scope also included renovations to the existing lift cars and lift lobbies, to carry a fresh new feel throughout the building.

Shortland Street was an exciting project for the Elevation team to be a part of and represents only one of the international projects in the office that we have had the privilege of being involved with. The Shortland Street Refurbishment was completed in early 2019.
