Omni Residences Bulimba

Elevation Architecture was engaged for Design Development and Construction Documentation stages of this high-end townhouse development project in Bulimba.

Each three-storey, three-bedroom townhouse features its own internal courtyard and generous balcony areas to take advantage of its elevated site and our subtropical context. A high quality of finish and detail is featured throughout.

The project won its category in the recent UDIA Queensland awards, judged according to innovation, uniqueness, marketing, standards of finish, environment, engineering and overall development competency. We are delighted to see the project ranked first in a competitive category of over 100 entries, and are proud to receive this recognition from the peak industry professional body in property development.
