MSJA Lawyers Office Fitout

Inspired Built approached us in late 2022 to put together a fitout proposal for MSJA Lawyers new premises, located at 175 Eagle Street.

The main objectives for the project were to:

• Retain portions of some of the existing fitout to minimise waste, and to ensure that new work tied in well to those existing elements.
• Maximise storage opportunities (lawyers have a lot of paperwork!).
• Increase the capacity of the office by introducing additional desks to the open office areas for paralegals and assistants.
• Enclose the perimeter offices for improved acoustic separation, while still promoting a sense of openness between the private offices and the central open office space
• Provide a large, open kitchen and break-out area for the staff. By removing some of the previous partition walls, we were able to provide an open café/dining area with breathtaking north-eastern views of the story bridge and Brisbane River.
