Nestled adjacent bushlands and the Flinders Parade Lake, Fifth Avenue Lifestyle North Lakes provides unique small-scale commercial studio spaces in the heart of the North Lakes Business District.

The small spaces allowed us to maximise the building footprint on an irregular shaped site with several constraints. The bulk of the tenancies have been orientated to exploit the uninterrupted views over the lake to the rear of the site, whilst the building greets the street with a café and accommodating outdoor space.
