Located on the prominent front corner of a highly sought-after commercial and industrial estate, the Colmslie Business Park development comprises twelve office & warehouse tenancies designed to cater for a variety of service industry uses. The main objective for the client, who was also the builder for the project, was to deliver a premium quality product that would offer a point of difference in the market. Since its completion in 2020, the development has attracted a great deal of interest, with most of the tenancies either sold or leased prior to the end of the construction period.
