Acare Pimpama

Arcare approached Elevation Architecture with the brief to design and document a ‘hamptons inspired’ aged care facility that was to showcase the best practice in aged care design, in the new masterplanned community of Gainsborough Greens. In addition to the design and documentation, our client also requested that Elevation produce photo-realistic images for their marketing purposes.

With the entry and administration services focused towards the eastern side of the site, Elevation Architecture worked to make the most of the western edge and open the building outwards towards the views of the natural wetlands. Not only this, but three central courtyards also allow residents views to greenery no matter where they are located in the facility. Similar to other Arcare facilities that we have been involved with, this building provides several communal facilities, including a community function room, hairdresser, movie theatre and worship room, dining, lounge and café.
